Havana View hotel

1- allowed me to early check in. 2- quick response to queries by the female receptionist 3- don’t provide smoking room for me although was requested in the booking.

1- Male receptionist thinks he could say( it’s forbidden to early check-in but I will allow u in). He is unaware ppl gone thru many hotels before and find that process normal. 2- Long hair found on bed and shower. But clean in general 3- Room was expensive at 80$, so expectation are raised 4- No mirror in room. 5- Water pressure is low and uncomfortable 6- Few toiletries were provided ( poor ones) and no sanitary bags 7- THE RECEPTIONIST ASKED FOR PAYMENT BEFORE EVEN THE CHECK-IN ( can’t remember any hotel had such request ) 8- Finally I was cleared for check-out at first, an hour after, I was called to pay the top of the mini I ‘ve used, I.e, mint . However I haven’t used LAYS, VODKA OR THE BISCUT If they charged me such petty stuff what the high price is for. Paid 2500IDR Note: I ‘ve changed the hotel after that night. And all the items above was already addressed in a less half of price. I recommend to re-look into the operation management decisions for improvement

Nice small hotel, friendly staff

Furniture was very, is to much for room.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to get to from the airport. Good restaurants nearby.

There was some noise from the busy main road. We should have asked for a room at the back

I was only here for a very short over night before a very early morning flight. What I liked was how clean everything was. Also, the staff greeted me warmly, spoke excellent English and quickly made arrangements for my middle of the night airport taxi. They also made restaurant suggestions. The room had everything for a comfortable stay including and electric kettle, coffee and a mini bar. The shower was wonderful- clean with lots a pressure and hot water. And, the mattress was very comfortable.

I can’t. Think of anything except the price, but I think this is average in this city.

I really did enjoy my stay at Havana View. On all counts. Straightforward check-in. Very friendly, courteous and responsive staff, decent breakfast, impeccably! clean rooms, comfortable bed, though I wish the pillows were slightly smaller, but I guess one can ask for that. Nice location, close to the airport. And if you want to explore the other parts of the city - inexpensive taxis are readily available (just use Careem app, which is pretty much similar to Uber).

All went well, can't really recall any negatives.
