Staff is nice

Value for money is bad

I think this was my 4th stay at the hotel. It's always really pleasant and the staff are great. I like the location and the feel of the place.

Aircon wasn't working in the room. I was offered and alternative room but it was to late at night and after cycling all day I didn't have the energy to move all my belongings. I was a little bit disappointed that I wasn't offered some kind of gesture if good will on check out. Something simple to make amends. That said I would happily stay at the Lav again.

Average for a hotel.

The air conditioning was terrible.

This hotel has got some terrible reviews on this site but I thought it was great. The staff were incredibly helpful, it’s fantastically located near the banks of the Danube in a town steeped in controversial history. The breakfast was good. My room was a little funky in the way it was laid out but it was clean and had good AC.

The coffee at breakfast was weak instant coffee. They need to do better with that.

Aircon Didn’t work, water was raining consistently in the toilet ,shower was licking under tray and when we let tham know the girl on the receptionist was very rude, gave us different room but aircon didn’t work as well,

Very friendly and welcomed our dogs. Very quiet at this time of year except for a family of unruly children running up and down the corridor disturbing us. But, that was no fault of the hotel!
