Difficult to find property needed sign on gate

Location is great. The house made apple cider in the fridge is a surprise. Nice plants inside and outside the house. Great seaview.

It will be great if the linen can be softer and more silky. The fridge is a little noisy at night. Need to close the door

Great location for access to the beaches and parks in the area. Very comfortable property to stay. Situated in the middle of a orchard where the birds are singing.

It's quite serene and amazing views and location from the busy nest if Matakana. Easy to find restaurants, close to the beach amazing little slice of paradise and the interior decorating so beautiful! I was impressed by the style and comfort of this country meets wetlands villa.

Absolutely nothing this was perfect for us.

The location by the water is stunning. The photos don't do it justice. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the jetty, enjoying the peace and quiet. It's close to Matakana and Tawharanui, so it's perfect for the farmers market and nearby walks. The modern kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to make dinner. Beds are comfortable with luxurious sheets and pillows.

It could've been cleaner. There were burnt out and broken candles left on the mantelpiece. In the main bedroom, there were dead bugs and slugs around a plant in the corner (maybe an awkward area to clean?). The handle for the wardrobe was on the floor so it couldn't be opened to hang clothes.

Very unique setting; a stay to remember and cherish. Gorgeous property and view from all angles. Thoughtful layout and items included made for a comfortable stay for our young family. Will stay again and recommend to many.

Master room bed is very firm which would normally be great but was a bit much for me being in the third trimester of pregnancy so had to add a duvet under to get some rest
