MTImpeccable cleanliness. Room is spacious and comfortable with good view Shower was clean and big Excellent to be able to relax and not wonder if you're touching something filthy like in most of the other accomodation in the country Located nicely in McLeod ganj.
At checkin they told us the room doesn't have a view but when we showed the picture on booking.com they found a room with a view magically. Feels like they tried to shove a worse room on us first till we commented

GBGreat location, lovely staff. Decent breakfast & good food in the restaurant. Very nice indoor & outdoor rooftop bar/lounge area with mountain views. Really nice, helpful staff. Clean rooms.
I canโt recommend our particular rooms (202 & 203) as they had a slight dampness about them and overlooked a decrepit building next door. Access to them was a little awkward too - we had to take 2 lifts due to the layout & different levels in the hotel. If it bothers you, the only English TV we could watch was on YouTube. Pool was under maintenance during our stay.
AUExcellent location with back entrance on Temple Road and a short walk to the Dalai Lama Temple. Interesting shops in walking distance. Attentive staff (could be over attentive at times), excellent food with lots of choices for both breakfast and dinner. Very aesthetic and comfortable, with different areas for sitting inside and outside, and great views (depending on the clouds). Welcoming on arrival (thanks Kuldeep), friendly reception (thanks Savita). Excellent house-keeping. Great bathroom, comfortable bed, large room.
No in-house laundry, so need to give at least a day's notice for washing or drying to be done. No clothes line for drying hand-washing either inside or outside. Such attentive staff it was hard to know who to tip and how much (as we are from a non-tipping culture), so this was stressful but we did our best.
