Check in was a bit chaotic. I dont think that the hotel has the facilities or staff training levels to be considered 5 star. That being said it was a good overall experience.

ININAUWe stayed here in Feb. We werenโt aware but the hotel had only recently opened, so some facilities such as pool were not available. Also small things like price list for mini bar, menu for room service, list for laundry etc werenโt in the room. Location is good and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed otherwise. When arriving back at the hotel after being out for the day, staff would question us if we were staying there which made us feel a little unwelcome. Probably requires a little more customer service training which hopefully will come with time as the hotel becomes more established.
