After an initial bad first night with no water and a termite takeover of Sapa, I enjoyed a great 6 day stay here. The staff are exceptionally good and very attentive.

The water shortage and the termites affected all of Sapa, so not the hotel's fault.

Great location, right on the lake in Sapa so you can see all the beautiful lit up trees and water features that light up and do a synchronised water show after dark on the lake. Cute little roof top restaurant/bar what you can sit and enjoy a drink and meal and look out over the lake. Breakfast was good, serving pho or eggs cooked to order and a range of other good food. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are plain but neat and everything was clean.

There was some very strange plumbing with the water from the shower drained under the bathtub and ran out onto the bathroom floor into a drain behind the toilet. Very interesting and innovative haha 🤣🧐

Nothing to shout about customer service! Frontdesk lady was reluctant to help make a call to the bus company to check about pick up time. No smile or any show of pleasantries. Guy in charge of cooking eggs during breakfast was also just going thru the motion. Both should not be working in hospitality job!

Bathroom not very clean.

Location facing the lake, walking distance to town center, food resto.

Toilet hand bidet not working, room not soundproof enough where u can hear the 2nd floor room chit chatting.
