Clean and comfortable

Felt homely as soon as you walked in, lovely and clean. The hosts were really helpful and always quick to answer, though there was no problem at all with anything.

Very clean, had everything there we needed and great location. One of the best caravans we have stayed in, the owners have thought of everything!

Property was extremely clean and airy. Great having a TV in each room. Shower very powerful. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location and overall park was very quiet with excellent facilities.

Bathroom door was a bit sticky and kept jamming. First night no duvet cover for sofa bed duvet however this was rectified by the host the following day

Really lovely site and location. The owner sent me an information pack ahead of time with instructions on how to get into the park and local information for our stay. They also were contactable the whole time we stayed. We had 4 adults and a baby in the caravan and felt really comfortable the whole time. The layout is really nice, the twin beds were on the small side, but extremely comfortable and there was the option of a sofa bed if we needed it. Good cooking facilities provided with a full size fridge freezer and 2 comfy sofas. We used the pool while there and there was some confusion between the pool and reception staff over guest passes, but all the staff were friendly and helpful to sort these out. It was really hot during our stay and we could have done with some fans. I did ask the owner and he said he had some to drop off so they should be there now. He also said we could pick some up and he would reimburse us. The main bathroom door was sticking and could only be opened from the outside. Again, the owner said he could get the site staff to come and look if we wanted but we decided we could live with it for a few days and it would be sorted after we left. This was baby's first holiday and also a base to visit Eden Project where we had tickets to 2 gigs. We haven't stayed at a caravan site before and we were really pleased with it. We felt safe and it was nice and quiet. Really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to return.

Very clean,well equipped and very comfortable.Located in a Very convenient place,close to pretty intimate beach.Parking for the car was perfect just outside.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt sehr wohl fühlt. Darüber hinaus war der Vermieter sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen.

Eigentlich gibt es keine negativen Punkte. Die Unterkunft ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Nur das Doppelbett war mit 1,4m Breite eine Herausforderung für uns, da ich sehr groß bin.
