The Driftwood Den

Location excellent, next to the beach & less than 10 minute walk to village shops & pub. Property superbly presented, spotlessly clean & heating-on on arrival. Didn't reserve property until mid morning of day of arrival & full details & entry arrangements received within 30 minutes of booking. Didn't arrived Par Sands until 21:45 & Reception still manned & helpful.

The property was as described, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Location is perfect, so many cool things to do around here, just exploring is fun. Many small seaside towns with good restaurants around here. Darren was amazing, kept in touch, gave us a lot of local knowledge and places to see etc and also was very kind to deal with.

The hosts were very helpful and provided lots of useful information ahead of our stay. The caravan was clean and comfortable with lots of lovely touches. Great to have smart TVs in every room as we stayed in winter and the days are very short! Would definitely stay here again.

All the home comforts that you would need and more homely touches than you get when booking direct from a holiday company. Clean, lovely and warm and great bedding. Lovely pool and great play park.

This was a stay in a two bedroomed caravan in Par Sands Caravan Park. I had stayed in the park before but this was my first time at The Driftwood Den caravan which I booked through booking.com rather than the Caravan Park website. The caravan is so homely with proper furniture! not benches attached to the walls! The sofas were exceptionally comfortable and the double bed likewise. I had a really peaceful and restful time. Everything was so clean and looked really new. I really relaxed and the dog, who is partially sighted-settled in fine and enjoyed the new decking too! I would highly recommend this caravan: two lovely bedrooms with the double having an ensuite! The water pressure in the shower was unbelievably strong - better than I have at home. It has everything you could possibly need for a holiday by the sea in the lovely Par. I really felt I was on holiday even in November; I didn’t need the heating on for long or at a high temperature because the caravan heated up in a very short time. I wanted to stay for longer - or even to buy the caravan - I loved my stay so much.

I normally choose a caravan with a washing machine and I didn’t notice when I booked it that it did not have a washing machine. But when I saw the beautiful sofas and the real dining table/chairs I instantly thought: who needs a washing machine?!!!

Well maintained holiday park and beautifully landscaped. We loved how close it was to the beach and dunes and a coastal path. It was great having the tennis courts and swimming pool on site. The caravan was really clean, tidy, smart and everything had been considered and provided. We only used the smart TV in the lounge but were really impressed by the TVs in both bedrooms. The Alexa speaker was a treat aswell. Plenty of storage space throughout the caravan. Darren and the park team were very friendly and very helpful.

Property was immaculate and very modern with all the facilities you might need for your stay.
