The rooms wasn’t ready until 5:30pm as it was being “cleaned” but upon entry; there was someone else’s earring on the floor, the previous guests sweets in the corner and some left over toiletries from another guest on the bedside table. No locks on the doors and only 1 key meaning the other guests can lock you out at any given moment

The host contacted me regularly to ensure I had all I needed. Very good value for money, the bed was comfy and the toilet/bathroom very neat and tidy.with electric shower. I went in winter and the heating was okay.

There were no knives in the kitchen. I don't know if this is standard for airbnbs or if I did not search properly. I needed one but was close to checking out, so I did not bother to ring the host since it wasn't important.

Did not like anything at all, was not able to access property on time as I was not sent a code or any info on how to access property. Very dirty from the door to the room( unkempt)

Very dirty,, was disappointed as I was asked about when I booked the property and how long ago. Something did not seem right. I was shown the room I was to stay and it looked like someone else had been sleeping in the same bed and just got up when I contacted the property . The person I spoke to said a wardrobe was getting delivered 1 hr later and this was after 6pm. It didn’t look straight forward to me, did not stay and had to book another hotel.
