Jakes holiday inn

I been locked out 2 times for more then 2 hours in freezing waiting for someone to come and open the door it's not worth to pay money and stay outside and this black African guy treat me very bad he say that I need to tell him if I am going out late night honestly it's give me more stress as I am already homeless

This African guy is very rood and treat me as he is still in Africa not worth to pay and get headache I ask for refund and he ring the police and say I shout at him they doing doggy let as they don't have license to let out

no locks on the doors, bedding doesn't get changed between guests and it is not what it says in the description

The owner couldn’t be bothered to meet us and give us the key. Said it was in the letter box. We could not find the key

For the price it was fantastic.

I booked two rooms and was very pleased with my stay! The beds were clean, the showers hot, and the pricing very competitive. The host was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better. I’d happily stay here again!

The room was very clean and fresh. The host was lovely, he told us where places were good to go and places not so great. If we had any questions he said just to ask him, he would help. The bathroom was clean and tidy as was the kitchen and sitting room. Close to town and places to eat.

There's no TV in the bedroom but there is a TV in the lounge next to our room we could of watched. The toilet seat was broken and falling off.
