- home is poorly maintained - broken chairs, expired and broken sofas - pillows are bad, mattresses are lowly maintained, holes in the covers and such - stains here and there, bathroom floor is not cleaned well - exposed wires and plug ports - really not comfortable

1. DRINKING WATER NOT PROVIDED They giving rude reply as photo attached {Because you booked quite cheap also Not sure if got Rm100 per night or not} 2. NO TOILET PAPER Toilet paper only delivered 28hrs later and just drop at letter box instead of hanging on doorstep 3. NO WIFI Informed Wi-Fi unable to connect and found out no Sim card at router. NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY MANAGEMENT (Photo were attached) 4. BEDDING UNCHANGED The bedding were not change, we have to buy disposable bedding to put on. 5. DIRTY FLOOR The floor were dirty and dusty, we need to mop by ourselves 6. LOST AND FOUND OF PREVIOUS GUEST We had given what we found in master bedroom closet and pass to previous guest as instructed yet they keep saying there's something were missing. Video and photo were given still keep calling and insist the things were there. (photo were attached) 7. HAIRDRYER NOT WORKING We had informed Hari dryer is not working yet no replacement / action were given (photo were attached) The worst stay we ever had. Poor service, rude, dirty and irresponsible. Definitely won't recommend to my friends to book this unit.
