1) Bed and pillow were soft, after wake up backpain. 2) One of the aircond was malfunction, end up my friend to book a hotel room. 3) Hair dryer was not functioning, and stand fan provided was not in good condition, 4) No water purifier and garbage bag being provided. Host ask us to throw all the rubbish. 5) When contact host and customer service, there is long waited to reply

Silent place

Improve the cleanliness. Few items cannot be use or functioning

The parking is very easy

Mm somehow the towels were damp & some furnitures need fixing. Need some spring cleaning

The place ok, silent place, parking ok, safe n security.

1. Staff not respon well, i dont feel customer service & really poor reply! No fast action! 2. The apartment not clean at all, dusty, tv not functioning even i tell the staff also they say will action but until i go back no action. Internet also not so good. 3. I take 4 days the apartment but no provide change towel or bed sheet. No trash bag, the aircon remote battery also about to dead. 4. I report to staff/owner but he/she not reply well, no response asap, need take care of customer even cannot fulfill everything need settle some issues. Make comforting. 5. I myself buy detergent to wash clothes n bed sheet. I buy febree to clear ordor n smells.

Spacious

Cleanliness, found a few hairs on the bed upon arrival. Toilet sink was not clean

Location and spacious.

It was not clean, we did the cleaning and paid the cleaning fee on top of it. Deposit was collected upon check in but somehow the refund was late ie 2 days later instead of the day of check out.

Very clean house, comfortable beds, helpful owner
