it is a simple/budget property, therefore one should not look for a luxurious experience. If you come with right expectations, then you won't be disappointed. Vietnamese shower, so everything will be wet.
GBHotel close to main restaurants and shops. Near Cat Cat village. Receptionist Sophia lovely helpful girl. Hotel garden kept immaculate with beautiful flowers.
Couldn't get any heat from air conditioning unit. Room felt damp. Very steep hill to get from hotel to main streets. Breakfast very limited. Cold in this area. Unfortunately paid for the lovely view, but very drizzly and foggy so couldn't see anything. Not the hotels fault!

The shower water stays on the bathroom floor quite long, also there are some loud dogs barking at night and very early mornings too.
INVery helpful and welcoming staff. Very clean white linen. Crisp clean white towel. The staff carried the bags to the third floor and then back from the room. These were the only good experiences at the facility.
No elevator and that was not made clear at all. We were on the third floor and I think there were more. Late breakfast even though we had informed the night before that our taxi would come at 7:30 the breakfast was not ready at their standard time of 7:00 AM. Low flow of hot water supply to the tub - and I had paid extra to book the room with the tub. Wet bathroom - the shower is in the middle and the water closet at the end. No place for computer - just one bench No place for having a meal in the room Kitchen does not run full day and only plain fried rice / noodles are served from the home of the owner. Only veg options for breakfast Electric kettle wire length is so small that it cannot be operated at the place where it is placed. It had to be moved to the beside table to operate.
