DEThe place is really good to explore the centre walking. The owner of this place is great :) also breakfast is better than at lot of other places, you can chose from different options like omlet or pancake and there is fresh fruit, tea and coffee!
There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom (but we had really bad weather).

ROI liked the hotel and the view from the balcony. The garden was full of flowers and well maintained and a huge aquarium with gorgeous fish. I got good advice from the reception. Having clear skies would be ideal when visiting Sapa.
AUI didn’t realise the rooms did not have windows, apart from those rooms pictured. Sure it is affordable however it is dirty, mouldy and uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I stayed here due to the amazing reviews and location however it was not good do yourself a favour and book a hotel and room with a view. Sung on the front desk was lovely.
They cancelled my booking after I checked out and paid for 2 nights accomodation which is strange.
QAits very simple and cozy and not too crowded you have time to spend quality time
to be honest nothing, if you look for something simple and peaceful this is good for you
