PHThe staff were so pleasant and accommodating, especially Sung whose company we really enjoyed. The room was also tidy and comfortable.
It was a tricky location to navigate as it’s situated inside what seemed to be a compound. Google Maps came in very handy though.

The aircond sudenly damaged and a lot of water comes out until the room is wet. but they kept fixing it after we told them
IEWe had a great stay here, we were able to check in at 1am. The room was perfect and big. Jenny and all the staff at front desk were amazing. They helped us organise a trekking tour, book our bus to the next place, get a taxi to the bus stop and offered us recommendations on where to go. The breakfast was delicious. The laundry service was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here.
There is a steep hill to the center. It can be slick when raining.
SAI stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. The room had an amazing view of green hills and cloudy skies—very peaceful and beautiful. Special thanks to the kind girl at the reception(Sung). She welcomed me warmly, waited for me when I arrived late, and helped me plan my Fansipan and trekking trips. She was always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place for the view and the great service!

Check in was strange and big big hill to walk up to get to the town,
AUThe place is very great. Unfortunately I had no luck with the weather to enjoy the beautiful mountain view. Around that place are many restaurants and it's close to the centre of Sa Pa. Late Check is possible if the room is available.
