INThere’s nothing much to like about the property except that it was located in Sapa
We had a very disappointing experience at this property. First, the location of the hotel was quite confusing, and no prior instructions were provided. We had informed the hotel in advance about our early arrival at 5:30 AM, yet when we reached, there was no staff, security, or receptionist to receive us, and the property was completely dark with no lights switched on. This felt unsafe and extremely unwelcoming. Additionally, there is no lift, which made carrying luggage very difficult. We were charged $12 for early check-in, but instead of the room we booked, we were given a standard room for those few hours. The AC in that room was also not working. Later, we were shifted to the King Mountain View room with a bathtub, which was supposed to be our original booking. Unfortunately, even here the experience was poor. Our luggage was left unattended with the room door open, which allowed mosquitoes and bugs inside. The room itself was much smaller(<200 sqft) than what was mentioned at the time of booking. It was not properly cleaned before being handed over — we found hair in the commode, and the bathtub in the living area was leaking water, making it completely unusable. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, with multiple issues in service, cleanliness, and facilities.
COThe staff is friendly and the breakfast is yummy.
The shower is pretty much on top of the toilet, there is not any division between them. The hotel is a bit difficult to be found. The first night, they sent three ladies to my room to provide me a massage, but I hadn't requested any massage!!! It seems they mistook the room s number or hotel s name. That was quite uncomfortable.
