Just the proximity to the airport, as the city is much further away

First of all, they gave us wrong instructions for the airport transfer (45€). I was told just to show up and show a card to a guy. We ended up waiting 50 min and, even though a misunderstanding can happen, when we got to the hotel, I was told that it was my fault, that the guy at the meeting point is stupid and that not everyone is clever like me. ???? Very rude and unprofessional. After this, we got proposed an upgraded room. We said we were not interested had the staff insisted and eventually still gave it to us and charged us the new price. When I mentioned this, the communication was not clear again. It was such an uncomfortable situation. The room was not properly clean and we had not water from the sink and the shower in the morning. As a travel operator, I would not recommend this hotel to my clients.

Bzn Airport Hotel’de konaklamak gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Daha giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren çalışanların güler yüzlü ve ilgili yaklaşımı bizi çok memnun etti. Odalar oldukça temiz, ferah ve konforluydu. Özellikle yatakların rahatlığı ve odaların sessiz olması uzun bir yolculuktan sonra dinlenmek için harikaydı. Konumu da büyük avantaj sağlıyor; havaalanına yakın olması ulaşımı çok kolaylaştırıyor. Buna rağmen otelin ortamı sakin ve huzurlu. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi ve sunulan ürünler tazeydi. Personelin her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışması ise otelin kalitesini daha da artırıyor. Hem iş seyahati hem de kısa konaklamalar için kesinlikle tercih edilebilecek bir otel. Temizlik, hizmet ve konfor açısından beklentimizin üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse gönül rahatlığıyla yine burada kalırız. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
