Friendly staff, good service.

The location is good, it's close to the airport.

I had the worst experience of my life there. I have traveled to different countries, but as soon as I arrived to check in, I gave my passport to the receptionist and the first thing he said was, “Oh, Colombia mafia.” Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but that was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. I was really tired after a 16-hour flight, and hearing something like that was very upsetting. The other two men at the reception and the rest of the staff were polite, though. Thank God I have stayed in other hotels in Istanbul before, because people there are usually very respectful. This situation left a very bad impression on me. Additionally, there were small hairs on the floor behind the bathroom door and in the shower. I informed the staff, and someone came to clean it.

Завтрак нормальный.Расположение 7-10 минут до аэропорта.

Нет холодильника и сейфа ,чистота оставляет желать лучшего.,воду нужно покупать на рецепшине.Очень шумно вечером ,а утром идет ремонт отеля.Под окнами почти до 2 этажа строительный мусор.,не очень приятная картина.

Hotel novinho relativamente próximo ao aeroporto. Quarto com um tamanho adequado para uma estadia curta. Boa cama, bom chuveiro. Recepção cordial.

O café da manhã começava muito tarde - às 8:00. Tive que sair às 7:40, então fiquei sem. Fora isso, acho importante mencionar que todos os hotéis da área possuem serviço de transfer próprio de e para o aeroporto, e cobram entre €20 e € 25 por trecho, por pessoa (valores de abril de 2026). É o mesmo preço praticado pelos táxis do aeroporto.

Staff was friendly, value of money, clean

very noisy. Loud music in the evening, morning some drilling work, walls very thin - so you can hear any sneeze and snore through walls.

Close to the airport

The staff are rude and there was no standard price for the bookings. All the bookings for the transport varies with different staff and they are all out to make money out of you. There was no honesty. There are bed bugs that make it worst and the hotel staff refused to do anything about it claiming that we are making up this situation. There was no service at all in the hotel meaning ‘ you not happy stay somewhere else !’
