Everything is almost perfect

The shower is leaking and some of the bulbs are not working

Very poor communication by the host, no clear instructions from the host. Poor house condition. Master bathroom: sink clogged, water heater with malfunctioning controls, door knob almost coming off. Bedroom 2- closet without bar to hang clothes, malfunctioning ceiling light. Bedroom 3- malfunctioning ceiling fan, broken down furniture left in the closet. Living area-1 unit malfunction fan Bathroom 2- clogged sink, broken down shower. Not enough towels provided. Iron provided is unsafe to use Host was not responsive after a few messages sent.

The place is conveniently located, making it easy to find things, and there are restaurants nearby. The location is quite central, so we could find all kinds of food easily. The bed in the residence was also very comfortable, allowing us to have a good sleep after a tiring day. Having Netflix on the TV was great for entertainment, and the balcony offered a beautiful sea view.

What I didn’t like was that in the residence, the hall fan and the fan in the first room were not working, so we had to rely on the air conditioner. However, the air conditioner in the first room was not working properly. I think it needs servicing because the cooling was not as expected. Even when we set it to 16°C, it was still slow and not cooling effectively. Other than that, the experience was really good.

The cleanliness...ketchup stain was below the fridge..the balcony is not clean
