MYMYMYMYMYResident parking starts at level 6. We arrived during busy hours, was ahocked to discover only 2 lifts to service the entire building. Check in was smooth. Unit was very clean. Wifi is good. My only regret is owner did not invest in necessary furnitures eg no dressing table in master bedroom. Sofa has lots of stains that I didnt feel like sitting on it. Location is good despite chinese cemetary view from my unit at level 19

Dirty sofa with obvious dirty marks, sink pipe not properly fixed, tv remote control out of battery, balcony steel frame not properly fixed to wall, only glued and not stabilise thus making it very dangerous especially to children

Poor hygiene of the toilet, sink and inside the cabinet. The unit is facing chinese cemetry, not as "ocean view" as the name suggest. Toilet in the master bedroom cant be used as the water is clogged. Both wardrobe in the other room has no rail to hang our clothes. (Broken). The unit was not as good as what was displayed on booking.com.
