MYThe accommodation was location at the city of Kuala Terengganu which is easy access to the restaurant and shop..the facilities like parking..pool.. everything was fine
However the facilities this time was not as expected..I was use this accommodation last year but different unit.. There is no water heater at master bedroom toilet..no mirror at master bedroom..the pipe to wash plate etc was broken and not being repair before guess enter.. first entering I was like enter to old house..cleanliness also not as expectation..

MYVery suitable for my family of 6. Beds and pillows are soft and comfortable. Kids really love the pool and playground. Car park is good.Airconds in all bed rooms and living.
1. Bathroom in master bedroom Water heater not working. Sink and drain clogged 2. Water tap in the kitchen is broken

MYThe owner ruined our holiday. VERY HORRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE & RUDE. How i wish i could upload their whatsapp conversations to proof how RUDE they were. The sofa is really dirty! Guys, you need to complaint directly to booking.com and they will give us refund. I did that & get the refund.
They only provided 2pcs of towel! Yes 2! When we asked to send the additional, they said will send the next day. With a very rude reply from them. AS IF IT’S NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. They only want money. Don’t care about others. So complain directly to booking.com to get refund ya. The owner don’t bother about the review here.
