Manager Mr Suresh was helpful we reach hotel at 2.30pm he though they don't have restaurant he provide us lunch .

During check-in, the receptionist informed me that I had to pay an extra amount for an AC room, even though nothing was mentioned about this during booking. At the time of booking, I requested a higher floor, but at check-in they denied my request and mentioned that the lift was not working. The room condition was very disappointing. The walls were damaged with plaster falling off, the room was dirty, and there were numerous mosquitoes. No towels, no water bottles, and no basic amenities were provided in the room. Overall, my stay was highly unsatisfactory, and I will never visit this property again.

The hotel is near the railway station, staff are very helpful

Bed linen need to be change, provide the bath amenities
