Hotel Sunpark Inn

Hotel cancelled my stay informing no rooms available. I was roaming around 12 midnight for rooms with my family holding 4 yr son with luggage. Worst experience, the hotel did not even have the courtesy to inform me of the prior cancellation .

Good location

Wi fi bit slow

No facilities in the washroom. The handwash pipe was broken. Bedsheets were not clean.

Breakfast was not included in the rate. The location was perfect.

The staff member named Vijay was coarse and unprofessional. He is not fit to work in the hotel field. He charged us more than the room price for a late checkout. When we called to get a breakup of the amount that we paid, he was very upset and did not give an explanation and disconnected the call. He did not provide the receipt for the amount that we paid at the hotel. We called a couple of times, but there was no positive response. He kept saying that the one room had been vacated, but they stayed in the other room. The two people who checked out stayed in the other room for just a couple of hours. Whatever amount he charged, we do not have any problem with that, but why the staff is refusing to provide hotel bill and receipt of the payment. It's cheating.
