Had a great 2-night stay at El Castello. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the room was comfortable and clean, and the food was served quickly after a long day of exploring Ladakh. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended. Julley!

최고의 숙소 모두 너무너무너무 친절한 직원들. 핫샤워 24시간 가능. 히터 겸 에어컨 완비. 전기 나간 적 없음. 베란다 뷰 좋음. 인도에서 5곳이 넘는 숙소에서 지냈는대 최고였던 곳. 다른 숙소 가격이랑 비교하면 가성비가 최고인듯합니다. 투어 후 다시 돌아가고 싶었는데 풀 부킹이라 너무너무 아쉬웠습니다. 제발 여기 가주세요 ㅠ 세탁도 가능. 150루피/키로(26년 상반기 기준) 급하다고 했더니 반나절만에 해주셨어요. 웰컴티도 주시고, 고산병 때문에 힘들다하니 도와주시고. 레에서 마신 진저레몬허니 티 중에 이 숙소가 제일 맛있었어요. 80루피?!.. 밖에서 마시면 100-130..!

Hospitality, staff, tech enabled

This is a fabulous Hotel in Leh that is so friendly and welcoming. The onsite restaurant is reasonably priced and very good with room service as well. The rooms are a good size, with balcony and the bed is firm. Hot water and wifi are both excellent. The hotel is a little hard to find as the entrance is down an alley but you will get there with google maps. There is a great supermarket 2 mins walks away. They will also give you a may of all the best places to eat and visit in Leh. They are very understanding of AMS and have good advice. Highly recommend this place, it was great value for money and lovely, friendly service and I will go back again.

Beds are a little too firm if you are not used to them.

It was value for money. Staff were very courteous. Room is spacious and all basic needs catered

If it would include more accesories in bathroom. Shower curtain, also beer in restaurant would have been good. Also mattresses could have been better
