Really nice staff and rooms. The food also was good and the staff was also quite friendly

To go to the property you will have to go through a small alley which looks quite shady and smells but once you reach the property it has boundary around it and inside it feels quite good.

Location and service

Everything was perfect except for the location being in an alley.

The entire staff was very very polite and helpful throughout the stay. Anu helped us throughout our stay in Ladakh, right from hotel pickup to helping us with the entire itinerary. I cannot thank her enough! I would love to stay in the same property again whenever I am back in Leh!

Everything from the moment we arrived until the time we left was exceeding pleasing. Our room was very spacious, clean, with a balcony and an outstanding view of the Himalayas. The manager Anu couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating from the time we arrived, with her attention to detail, including suggestions on how to adjust to the high-altitude environment was well above and beyond. We arrived in Leh without any plans for our 5 day stay and Anu helped fill in the gaps. The rest of the hotel team were exceptional, in particular the restaurant team, who were highly attentive and helpful while serving up great food.

Nothing to not like, however excursions for outside of Leh could potentially be arranged more economically through local agents.

Approach to hotel is narrow. Its uncomfortable to move luggage. But there were support staff to move luggage.
