Good position clean large room comfortable bed. Kettle in room. Good parking. Bath and good shower

No staff. Breakfast not brilliant and was set up day before.

Heritage building and large rooms and beds

We reached the hotel late and turned on the heating and within 1 hour the heatiung was turned off, single glazing in highlands with no heating left us freezing all night. I had to tuck my child with my wife and I to keep him warm using all the duvets available in the room. There was no staff to help us out. The Duvet and the pillow were stinky.

Nous avons apprécié le lit très confortable et la vue de la fenêtre.

Personne à la réception et personne pour répondre à nos questions. Aucun contact.

Location was good for what we needed

Room was really small, no TV in room, no staff on site whatsoever, breakfast was not worth the money, shower had minimal pressure and was in tiny cubicle. Just seems like noone can be bothered with the place but is happy to take money regardless. Really wish I had paid that little bit extra and stayed in the large Highland Hotel across the road.
