Lily's Riverhouse

Beautiful vibe

We loved everything about our stay at Pappa Pippo hotel! The location was fantastic, a short five to ten minute walk to Otres beach which was beautiful and quiet, perfect for swimming. It was around a 20 minute tuktuk into the main city, and it was so nice to come back to Pappa Pippo for some peace and tranquillity. It is a small hotel with 14 bungalows placed around a swimming pool. There is a cafe/restaurant which has really good drinks and food. We also met some other travellers staying and all were really nice people! We would recommend our stay to everyone and all. Thankyou so much to the staff for taking care of us and we will hopefully return one day!

We liked everything, really nice familiar atmosphere, calm place, really good restaurant, taking the kayak was a lot of fun!! Everyone is really helpful and the Bungalows are cozy and the bathroom super clean.

Remote location away from too many tourist hotspots. Family run feel.

Lily's was amazing, perhaps the best accommodation of our 3 week trip. We loved everything about it, from the friendly staff to the amazing restaurant and facilities. All the food at Lily's is homemade, and it's fantastic. The owner was more than happy to organise all transport too. I'll be coming back next time I'm at Koh Rong.

I booked Lily's specifically because of the "Lily's Adventures" reviews. Everyone raved about how fantastic the boat tour was and this was the main factor for us. Unfortunately, for the 3 nights we stayed at Lily's, there was no boat tour either because the boat was broken down or there were not enough people to go on the tour. This was a huge let down as we were unable to go snorkelling, fishing etc.

We absolutely loved Lilys riverhouse!! The huts are perfect, comfy and peaceful and in a beautiful setting along the river and amongst their chickens and dogs. They also have the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!! I got it so many times and I don’t usually order western food.. although all of their food was really good! Lily is the cutest little girl and her mom is amazing, their place has it all! She makes the dough for the sandwich fresh every morning! We loved chilling in the restaurant with a bottle of wine watching the sun go down by the river. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The owner helped arrange a scooter rental for us and a boat trip. We really liked the location, being away from the craziness of the south of the island and a really cute village to walk around.

It would be nice if there was cold water refills available included in the price, and if the kayaks were free for guests. Everything was an additional cost but it was also worth it so would happily be back!

We had a great stay at Lily’s Riverhouse! The location is beautiful at the edge of the mangrooves. The bungalows are cozy and have everything you need. The food in the restaurant was great! They do great snorkeling/fishing tours (incl. sunset snd plankton) - we had a lot of fun! the staff is very helpful and nice! we would have stayed longer!

A wonderful place to stay, we enjoyed every minute! The family running it are lovely, and we found Lily their daughter such a funny and happy girl - so lovely! Pillows are the comfiest we’ve had in Asia, and the place was super clean and comfortable. 5$ kayak rental was amazing too. We would highly recommend staying here on Koh Rong and hope to be back one day :)

Even though filtered water was only 50 cent for refills we hoped it would’ve been free. All the other places we stayed at on Koh Rong/Koh Rong Sanloem had free refills - but this was the only negative!

A lovely, quiet family run guesthouse. The small village close by is very beautiful and peaceful.

Staff were very nice, the location was very peaceful at night, in the daytime there is some construction work going on but this wasn't a problem. We went kayaking on the river and noticed a river bar/restaurant. We went to it later and there was an otter that kept coming up the steps into the bar to ask for food, it was so sweet. On the last night we saw fireflies which were amazing, just like twinkling fairy lights on a Christmas tree.

There was nothing we didn't like but felt 3 nights was enough as it's quite remote
