ESRoxana y Ramón son encantadores. La habitación muy amplia y muy cómoda. Todo muy limpio.
Ubicación mejorable. Las calles no están ni asfaltadas ni niveladas. No hay aparcamiento en el hotel, aunque sí en la calle. El desayuno estaba muy bueno, pero tras varios días se echaba de menos más variedad.

COMi experiencia en Casa KOOBAB fue simplemente increíble. Desde el primer momento, se siente el cariño y la dedicación con la que fue construido este lugar: cada detalle de la arquitectura y el diseño está pensado con buen gusto y armonía. La construcción es excelente, moderna pero cálida, perfectamente integrada al ambiente natural de Tulum. Ramon y Roxy te reciben como si fueras parte de la familia, te hacen sentir en casa, aunque estés lejos de la tuya, son de lo más amable y atento que he encontrado en mis viajes. El ambiente general del lugar es tranquilo, acogedor y muy especial, perfecto para descansar y disfrutar. Definitivamente recomendaría Casa KOOBAB a cualquiera que busque una experiencia auténtica y confortable en Tulum. ¡Gracias por hacerlo tan especial!

ITSoggiorno molto piacevole. Le stanze sono pulite, spaziose e ben tenute. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Comodo il parcheggio di fronte all’hotel. Colazione buona
Colazione buona ma solo salata e servita a partire dalle 9 del mattino, cosa un po insolita per europei. Inoltre le strade dissestate de La Veleta rendono gli spostamenti un po scomodi (non è ovviamente colpa della struttura ma vale la pensa segnalarlo)
DEExtrem freundliche Begrüssung, helles sehr sauberes Zimmer. Zuvorkommendes Personal, tolles Frühstück auf der Dachterasse...tolle Aussicht von dort auf den Dschungel. Der Manager war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und tatenkräftig. Gracias
Das Bett war sehr hart, ohne Lattenrost. Die Strassenverhältnisse sind sehr abenteuerlich und nur mit Scooter oder Quad zu bewältigen. Leider ist Tulum total überteuert und spiegelt nicht das mexikanische Leben dar.
