We loved absolutely everything about this beautiful little (but spacious) annex. From the sumptuous bedding and large comfy bed to the very well equipped kitchen and washing facilities (very handy for giving our gym clothes a wash on the quick cycle and not having to take home dirty laundry). Everything had been thought of. Nothing was too much trouble for the host, Emma, who was quick to reply on message and get a tiny query dealt with promptly. Spotlessly clean and fresh, too (and our standards are sky high!). Parking was easy - plenty of space on two streets 100m or so around the corner. We loved the extra touches, such as the Pukka tea bags (we don't drink coffee or regular tea, so these were what we liked....although coffee pods are also provided). Couldn't recommend highly enough. A gem of a place. The welcome little goody bag was a lovely touch, also. Thank you! We will be back.

Emma is a very good Landlady! Perfect little home for couple days! We love it!

Very well equipped, absolutely everything you could need was provided including an extremely comfortable super king sized bed, luxurious bedding and lots of fluffy towels, a lovely spacious shower, washer, dryer, Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Walking distance to town. Would stay there again. Couple of minor comments - Would have like a couple of mugs, as there were only teacups. Also there was wall to wall carpet in the bathroom, which I’m not a fan of and the place felt a little cluttered (13 + cushions was a bit too many for me!)

The accommodation is perfect. Great location. Super comfortable bed. Amazing powerful shower. Being able to cook my own food is a great thing about the place. And Emma is a great host always there to provide help
