Lacked warmth as in other hostels- no welcome tea/coffee items, no tooth brush/paste, no small cooking arrangements, inadequately equipped common area, HIGHLY OVERPRICED - Properties close by (nd better located) at lesser cost with breakfast

Everything was very well-maintained; the bathrooms were dry and clean, my room was always quiet, and the cafeteria was a great place to read books and socialise with new people.

Wifi password was not mentioned anywhere in the room.

Nothing

As per Booking.com toiletries and towels would be available however on arrival when we asked for those they said don’t provide it- misleading details on the booking site were indicated. The TV was just for show there were channels that the manager/ Zostel had paid for. A real disappointment as those were the main reasons for selecting the property. Charging hotel rates and not providing hotel standard basic amenities was disappointing. The staff was new himself and had no idea about the TV either. The room was really not maintained and the mini fridge cupboard was for decoration. They had a kettle but no tea coffee so what is the point of a kettle
