Staff behaviour

Manager behaviour, unwillingness to accommodate us to our booked rooms because and wanted us to take a cheaper room because only 2 beds got booked in the ones we had actually booked

The place is away from the city bustle. Polite and helpful staff. Clean. Good food at the cafe.

More engagement activities could be promoted among the travellers. :)

The location was close to all the places of interest and the room was comfortable, overlooking the sea.

The cafe was pretty substandard and the service was slow.

The room was decent. The location was good and the cafe had a good view.

The price was too high and the amenities were not worth the money paid. The pipe under the sink was leaking, there was no breakfast included and the paperwork done by the staff was very messy. We had to send the IDs while we were out sightseeing again because they couldn't find the ones they took when we checked in. The food at the cafe was very poor in spite of being priced in a mid to fancy pricing. There was no one at the reception most of the time and the worst of all, my spouse was receiving calls from one of the staff and even got a request for a video call once after checking out of the zostel. For solo travellers, maybe opting for the dorms might be a good economical option, but the private room is extremely overpriced.

Friendly staff and good, clean, modern facilities.

Need to have cash change available!

The shower a little unreliable

We loved our stay there, rooms where clean and nice. Food was absolutely delicious, they have rooftop bar.
