Lovely cottage with private garden

Beautiful, spacious cottage with en enclosed garden perfect for our dog. Had everything we needed for a night's stay. Lots of information prior to arriving made it easy to find.

Tight parking but that’s everywhere around Cornwall

Such a lovely cottage with a fab mixture of modern and the old stone walls. It was a lovely stay and the host was very kind and welcoming. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and the location was so great being close to the high street. We were really appreciative the host warned us about the narrow roads which were fine and we will 100% stay here again. Thank you!

Great location- walkable from train station and central to restaurants and shops . The host was very helpful answering questions ahead of time . Fantastic bathroom!

As others have mentioned ( so wasn’t a surprise ) you can really hear the take away kitchen very close to the property, especially as some of the windows are quite thin. But all quiet by 11 ish .

Really like the simplicity and the antique furniture, but not sure about the naked woman carvings on wardrobe and headboard. I was there with my teenage son. I'd have been even less keen if I'd been there with both my sons when they were younger.

It is bright spacious and clean and ideally located! We loved the bedrooms, the decor and the log fire especially

Great location, quiet despite proximity to the road and restaurants. Kitchen well stocked not that we used it at all.

Parking is TIGHT, we used Permarin Road car park. Beds a little hard for our taste. Needs better lighting over the table, more subtle light for the main lounge area.

Fantastic location, short walk to everything in Penryn. Cottage is pretty with lots of character and great design and decor, thoughtful touches like huge double-ended bath and wood-burning stove. Host was super responsive and helpful.
