Lovely cottage with private garden

Quiet location but just off the high street, so perfect for what we wanted. Off road parking (although if you have a long car you may not make the angle in the gate). Well equipped kitchen, everything we needed. Wood burning stove which was lovely.

We were there 2 nights and it was fine. Would have liked more comfortable living room seating and foot stools and side tables but that’s just a personal opinion. The bath/shower high to get in and out, think a walk in shower would have been a better choice. So this property may not be suitable if you have mobility issues.

Cosy old cottage, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Just a few steps from high street amenities, but quiet location. Helpful and considerate owner.

Very please with the whole set up and experience, very clean, well equipped.

Only downside parking the car, we have a large estate car so you have to be good at manoeuvring your car, but we managed. Very lucky to have parking so close though.

great location centre Penryn

The access was VERY narrow and quite stressful parking. There was very little clearance to turn through the gate and just had centimetres clear on either side. Best suited to someone staying with a small car. We also couldn’t close the windows and it was very noisy being right behind the takeaway.

This property was a little gem in the middle of Penryn. Everything inside was of a very high standard and we had everything we could possibly need. It was exceptionally clean and a very comfortable place to stay. We had a lovely garden and somewhere to park our car so perfect for our two dogs.

Nothing not to like it was perfect in every way.

The location on the High Street was great for shops and cafe's. Recommend The Muddy Beach cafe with a view of the estuary harbour. I like that we had our own private parking at the rear of the property. The beds were comfy and the bathroom is great with power shower and deep bath. Coffee machine is a great bonus and teas and good coffee provided by the host.

The steps down from the garden to the back door are steep so could be tricky for the very elderly though we had no problems 60-70's. Small step between the kitchen and the lounge could do with painting a white strip on the edge to help awareness.

Very cute cottage full of character beautifully renovated. Very cozy and well equipted kitchen. 5 stars accommodating holiday home.

The road to the cottage is very tight for our van (6 of us with our luggages) we were unable to enjoy the parking from the cottage garden such a shame. Luckily we called the owner immeddiately he was very responsive and kindly suggested 2 more parking options to us.
