Can be a little noisy due to proximity to N2 but overall a decent flat that is well equipped with everything you could need but the BEDS …. the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept - or tried to sleep - on. The double squeaks every time you move and both mattresses were soo hard it was like sleeping on the floor.

When the managing agent contacted us with check in details the info stated that bedrooms would be locked if not booked - unlike the Booking.com description of “The entire place is yours” We had booked for 2 adults as colleagues travelling together, the response was “why didn’t you mention it to the booking agent” Explained that we booked for 2 adults and had not spoken to an agent; we had completed the paperwork that we were sent from NightsBridge however. Instructions didn’t mention which was the correct parking space so we drove around looking for it. It’s a first floor flat which we booked for safety but it’s walk up, again not mentioned. Instructions stated that you must complete the guest register on arrival which we duly did. What was surprising was that this was a piece of paper with all the details of the previous bookings for the flat - name, company, ID or passport number, email address and phone number etc. Before leaving we took a picture for the agent and then crossed out our personal details as I’m uncomfortable leaving this information on display for everyone that enters the flat. It’s a HUGE security risk in this day and age and the information had already been provided.

Location was ok

We booked 2 rooms for 2 people. And arrived at midnight to find only one room was unlocked and one of us had to sleep on the couch

Facilities in the unit, good

Parking a disaster, too far from the unit and narrow, the car could hardly fit in, the steps to unit bad for elderly people to climb and carry stuff to the unit being on the second floor

A bit deceptive, lot of facilities advertised however No visitors allowed . I had no intention of having a party but might have wanted to cook dinner for a friend? I also booked and paid for two as I was expecting a guest for two days. But two of the three bedrooms and guest toilet locked.

Neat. Clean. Spacious. The hostess was welcoming and accommodating. Great balcony with the best views.

Cutlery is as a little sparse and not the best quality.
