Alices Garden Two

Beautiful spot for escapism with all the trimmings needed for relaxing. The garden was beautiful, the room was immaculate with everything you’ll ever need. Mark was very welcoming and the sauna/hot tub made the whole experience something special. We are already planning our next visit!

The property is situated in a great location close to York but far enough to get that countryside feel. The garden is beautiful and extremely well maintained with the shepherds hut itself being cosy and well furnished.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay in this little unique , quirky shepherds hut it’s beautiful quiet surroundings make you forget about the hussle of the real world! So relaxing and loved our little visits from the animals. It was very clean and has everything you need. Loved the attention to detail. The host was really friendly showed us in and how to work everything. Hot tub and sauna 👌🏻 just wow! Honestly the owners have thought of everything We can’t wait to return !

Absolutely nothing everything was amazing!

We arrived and was greeted by Mark who showed us around who was a very lovely fella! Showed us how to use the hot tub and showed us all the amenities like the bbq, and the usual stuff. He introduced us to his cats and the peacock which made the stay all the more magical! Definitely a fairytale getaway!

Honestly there is absolutely nothing to fault with this place its truely the most well valued couple getaway in york ive ever seen and will definitely be coming back!

Nice quiet location, facilities were fantastic.

Mark was Very welcoming and showed us how to work everything and had already set up the hot tub and provided everything and more such as bottles of water biscuits and some cans of juice etc

Everything was fab, the accommodation was lovely and the bed super comfy. The hot tub and sauna were lovely even in the rain! Perfect host who was so helpful and a visit from a lovely peacock made the visit.

Nothing
