"Alice's garden two"

Beautiful place to stay. Right by everything but also far enough away to have some peace and quiet. Lovely and cozy and has everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend 100%. The Owner's are also very nice and welcoming and leave you to it whilst you are there. Will definitely be back we had a lovely stay.😁

We were welcomed and showed around. Little extras in the fridge . Oil salt vinegar and pepper supplied as well as tea coffee sugar and biscuits. Bed was super comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. Location was good with short taxi ride into the centre.

"A fantastic relaxing weekend away"

Clean and cosy. It had everything we needed and more. In an ideal location for visiting York outlet and using the park and ride into the city centre. Hot tub was fantastic too. Great communication from the host, really friendly and helpful.

Everything. Was just a little dream retreat. Owner thought of everything. Outdoors was just amazing and felt very private. Had welcome pack. Hot tub was super. Will be returning

Wow! It was like entering into our own secret garden very private. We absolutely loved it. Owners couldn't do enough for us. Very well equiped and more. Exceptionally clean and compact. Great welcoming pack with lots of essentials. Hot tub was brilliant. We're definitely returning and would highly recommended.

"Luxury chill out weekend."

It has lovely charm set in its own private garden . The garden and shepherds hut is beautiful , so clean and lots of lovely touches. We used the Weber bbq and the charcoal was also provided . . Hot tub is an absolute delight heated by logs which was ready on our arrival .Perfect place for chill out , but also only 10mins away from York . Hosts can’t do enough for you if needed otherwise they allow you your own privacy .
