The suite was spacious and overall clean, nice views of the lake

While it is not advertised with wifi or AC, you definitely need these in this location. The suite does not keep cool naturally and the fans are not sufficient. Unless you are driving, do not rely on the buses. It’s also on a very busy road. Bathroom needs updating, the shower is very hard to use. Sheets in the 2nd room are not suitable for accommodation like this. They’re ancient. Lastly, as you come into the property, it has a very different feel to the rest of the property. The gate doesn’t lock, the lower suite door is smashed and the lights don’t work. It doesn’t feel safe of an evening. Also, staff over messages not friendly.

We traveled as two friends and we are in love with the view!! I did not want to blink not to miss a second of this amazing view. The rooms were big and clean, it would be a great vacation to stay there with your family as the apartment can take more than 4 people.

The communication with the host was not so smooth. We had to check out really early, honestly, this was the earliest checkout I experienced by far. The location was not easy to spot and we were confused how to find the place. Expect nothing to be provided within the apartment, for example, no internet. There are no restaurants or supermarkets close to this place unless you can go to Como.

Shower didn’t work first night

Just one thing . They should use better linen fir the bed and should be Sam in the hotel. And also the towel it us mix colours and mix size. This towel and linen for a house not for this kind of rental ... sorry for that but it will be better for the host reputation

The host was really helpful, the amineties were all available. The rooms were warm enough and space for car parking in that location is spot on( a bit tricky for big cars. but a small car would be fine to park)

The dishes were a bit dirty. but we ran the dishwasher, and it was all good.

Beautiful view and very good location for exploring the Lake Como area. Blevio is also greatvas itbis close to Comonitswlf but you are out ofnthe hustle and bustle. Great restaurants close and a ferry port. And there is a garage for the rental which few places have.

Would have l liked to stay much longer.
