The view of the lake is spectacular, the house was large.

While self-check-in was possible, the host forced us to be there between 12-13 P.M. which was hard to manage with trains, and if we were going to arrive later we had to pay more money. the house is better to be used by those who travel by car, the bus close to the house is not on time and there is no pavement to walk to Como.

We had problems because we arrived at night and the lighting for the outside stairs didn’t work, which made difficult the process of bringing all the luggage inside because we couldn’t see anything. The bedsheets and towels are a bit old

The parking place and the views are the most important pros. The kitchen is in a very good state.

The entrance from the street to the house is completely abandoned, dark and dirty. The towels and sheets are extremely old and over used, clean but in a bad state. The bathroom has bad smells coming from the tubes. The bed-sofa is only valid for a kid.

Cleanliness could have been better. There were spider webs in the washroom. Location not too convenient as the parking garage is cramped and situated on the main road. Probably residents are used to such type of parking but not very convenient for tourists.

No air conditioner

Spacious with fantastic views. Garage was a bonus. Regular bus and ferry services to Como, not expensive €2&€4 per journey. Bus tickets are cheaper from the local shop than buying on the bus. Local shop has a great choice of produce.

Garage was a 2 person job as you have to reverse directly onto the main road but worked well for us. Big enough for a family saloon maybe a struggle if you must drive a SUV. Bathroom smelt pretty damp and quite unpleasant at times. Towels have seen better days Regular bus service but they are smaller than average, with Blevio being near the end of the route they were often very full and on 1 occasion didn’t stop as had no room. As the property is on the roadside traffic can be noisy with windows open at night.

Everything was near perfect. The location is really good with magic views to Lake Como. The house was very nice and comfortable with good and recent home appliances. Staff was very nice even the ones who didn't speak proper English. The quality-price ratio is one of the best I've ever seen.

There is no WiFi in the house and the heating system wasn't working. During the night the house got a little bit cold.

I cannot explain how good and lovely this place is. Host was sooooooooo good and supportive. Place with a parking and a beautiful view of lake. Everything was clean, room were big, washroom was big and good. I just loved. I will highly recommend it.

A bit far from the City about 6 Kilometers to drive with Car., It is good if you have Car.
