"Superb"

Location is amazing. Fantastic views from the bay window over the market place and beyond. Coop just across the road for supplies. Free parking readily available. Great eating pubs and restaurants all nearby . Easingwold itself was lovely.

Bathroom is a little snug but everything works well.

"Innkeepers house"

Beautifully decorated, lovely crisp white sheets, induction hob, great central location in small market town, next door to pub, fabulous brownie cafe across the square.

Meant to be small garden but I think it merged with pub but unsure.
