Big house with planty of space for the family.

The rooms were clean and tidy, as well as the lounge. however, the kitchen was not clean. The oven was dirty and the freezer was frozen dirty with leftover food. The kitchen cupboard was dirty with mould. I found an old slow cooker with an overgrown mould in a dirty kitchen cupboard.the kitchen was not to cater to a family as the pots were small, few and dirty. The one window's handle was broken stopping up from being able to close it. In the washing machine, in the kitchen, there were dirty old clothes, again a dirty washing machine. The bathroom was clean but the facilities were very basic with a broken shower rail and no toilet paper. Staff was communicating in a timely manner via text and email.we did report everything and we received an apology. However, they never follow up our complaints and we never received any feedback. Following booking, the company required a deposit of £250.00 prior to receiving instructions to get in the house, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. We had to wait X1 week prior to receiving the deposit back. I am able to share photos if required.

Clean and spacious close to town centre

The parking was difficult and there is a charge but this didn’t guarantee a space however we managed and got taxis into town The bathroom would benefit from a refurb but was adequate for our needs

I want to inform future guests that the only satisfactory aspect was the beds being comfortable and clean. On the other hand, the kitchen utensils like plates, pots, and so on were quite dirty. The water flow in the shower is so weak that it’s impossible to properly wash, and if three people shower back-to-back, the hot water runs out, forcing you to shower with cold water. Additionally, the bathroom itself was quite dirty. Would we stay again? I don’t think so. I hope this feedback encourages more attention to cleanliness.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation, kitchen has everything needed. Beds are comfortable. Great place for a group of up to 8. Good base for exploring - 25 minutes walk into Bath for those who want to stretch their legs, or £7 to £8 in an Uber.

Had issues sorting out the £250.00 security deposit, but after contacting the host directly this was rectified. Parking is tight, but is to be expected due to the limited width of the street outside. Check in is 6pm which can be a bit late for some guests.

The amount of space available, comfortable beds and a small outdoor area which was nice to sit down at, although the floor outside was covered in cigarette end.

The bathroom needs updating and a good clean! The hot water and heating wasn't on the first night and we hadn't realised the switches were actually off, this wouldn't have been a problem if there was instructions on arrival informing you to turn them on. The WiFi signal was very poor, had to use our mobile data in the end. The kitchen could also have done with a good scrub as found dirty used foil in a drawer with a dirty knife and the glasses were dirty.

Was nice cozy family home with nice 4 bedrooms very comfortable all beds.
