Overall I would say it was good, I would stay there again, especially as it can take up to 10 people (4 double beds + sofa bed). The house was easy to find from the postcode using a SAT Nav. Parking in the street, but found a space ok each time. Reasonable size living room, kitchen/diner, etc. Bed linen, towels etc, all clean (no shampoo/shower gel/soap, etc, so bring with you). House was reasonably clean, but a few things missed. Good WiFi, and TV had basic free services. (TV only in living room). With the long list of what I did not like you may be put off, but those are mainly as a deposit was paid that I may not get back. Overall, I'd say go for this property.

We have brought this up with the owners agent, so hopefully some things may be altered. 1st: You have to pay a large £250 deposit, which you worry you may not get back, as it states a lot of terms, which when you get to the property, you know it is not acceptable. Therefore I took dozens of photos, which really you should not have to do. There should be a list when you arrive, so you know they know that there is already a burn mark on the carpet from an iron melting it, for example, or knives missing, dirty carpet, etc. They also say deposit not refunded if you do not empty the bins, yet the bins are not labelled. I think all the points below really are niggles as looking for things that you may not get your deposit back on, rather than generally overlooking minor issues that generally, you would put up with. 2nd: Overall it was reasonably clean, but they clearly do not pull out the beds as bits behind them. The cups had hot chocolate particles in them, microwave oven, kettle and toaster all not cleaned. It was not a massive bother to do that, but it should have been done, again as 2 knives missing, etc, all checked in case the £250 not refunded. Likewise, stain marks on the sofa, dirt on the carpet, lack of shower curtain, freezer never been defrosted, etc 3rd: This is a major one and they need to do something about it. They let you in with a key-safe, but they will not provide the code in advance, they email it to you just before you arrive. Therefore, you need to ensure you have the registered email address on a device with you, so you cannot use the office one for example, or you have to take the office laptop with you. They do not just text you the code (as I had asked). As such you are taking a risk to drive to the address and not be able to get in. As a deposit and accomodation pre-paid, at least the code could be provided in advance, so you know when travelling to the property there will not be an issue getting in.

Phoned up and queried the deposit was already sceptical as other reviews said they didn't get it back I was convinced by them I would. 2 weeks later I rang them said I would receive it this Monday guess what no deposit back. DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION

The location was good

It is not made for 10 people, there were not enough plates cutlery and seating etc. My main problem is that three months after my stay, I have STILL not received my £250 deposit back, which they assured me would be returned within one week! Despite many requests and assurances that 'it is with processing, let me check and get back to you' they money has still not been returned. I am very disappointed and absolutely would not recommend this accommodation to others.

I checked in the 34 Burnham Road around 10 pm tonight and had the worst experience ever. The property is not clean, beds unmade, used towels lying in the bedroom and bathroom, no fresh towels and sheets, no toilet paper available in the bathroom, used tissues over the toilet bin, dirty dishes in the sink and dirty mugs, kettle and pan put in the clean rack as washed.

With 4 bedrooms there was ample space for us
