Please stay away from this place. booking.com, please do not host such business as it can affect your reputation, and your members will lose trust in you. As a responsible reviewer, I believe providing honest and constructive feedback is essential. It's crucial to help fellow travellers by sharing negative experiences while also focusing on ways to elevate hospitality standards. In my recent experience with this establishment, I found a lack of professionalism and accommodation for guests' arrival and departure times, which are fundamental. Additionally, I suspect that external influences might impact the reviews, but I cannot be sure. Professionalism. Most of the reviews mentioned they are accommodative to travellers' needs. I can say this is entirely untrue. I sent them over five requests to check in early, but they were declined. On checkout day, they knock on your door at 1030, asking you to leave. Between 1030 and 11 am, three to four knocks and expect to hear (you have only one minute to leave) multiple WhatsApp messages asking you to leave. Rudeness is their primary attitude. Once you depart, they send you a message stating they will charge you one day extra because you checked out at one or two pm instead of eleven am, though you informed them one day before your flight would be late, and you will check out late. They continue to decline your request. I am unsure why they state in their description (early check-in and late checkout upon request) when they know they will decline any request anyway. when I alerted them that I would write an honest review about their attitude, their messages came across as threatening when they said ( we will ask booking.com to blackmail you) location. It is on a highway; all you see are cars and bridges, with some buildings too far. Entrance through the security gate to the garage.

The property itself is in a very good location and looks nice from outside and has a little play area for kids.

This is more to do with management. The sofa was broken, dinning chairs were in really poor condition. The towels were clean but with hole in it. Bathroom door was all wobbly. The provided extra pillow and duvet but when we checked in there was only duvet sheet. The duvet was without covet and the covers i had never fit each other. I begged them for baby cot and i stayed 10 days there but like a robot kept on saying upon availability which never happened in 10 days. One room didn’t had Air conditioner and it was hot.

Kind of new building

I was not allowed to vist my cousin who rent at the next door building, as the security said its prohibited! Also on my arrival date I was early so I asked security guy to allow my family to await at my cousin apartment but he refused and show angry face to us, I took a photo of him for documentation, if you don’t need it then let me know to delete it as it was bad event during my trip I advise that management to be more flexible with tourists

Bottom line: Avoid This is an apartment in a new district of Istanbul with no retail around it. It's hard to convey in words just how "no retail" there is so I've attached photos. In order to get into the apartment you need a new smartphone that can use the app they ask you to use. My current phone (purchased early 2023) was too "old" but luckily I had a newer phone that I had recently purchased that I could download the app, swap the SIM and get the one time password to open the door. There is an indoor swimming pool but it's open to men and women on alternate days. There's a playground outside which is nice for children. The nearest restaurant for dinner is an Indian place 15 minutes walk away. You have to dodge traffic on a freeway offramp to get to it.

There is just no retail around the location. There's one grocery store and one place that sells rolls and coffee- but both are closed in the evenings. To get the code to open our apartment door took three hours and two cell phones from when I first asked management to send it to me. This location is suitable for individual travelers who would like some extra space, have a new phone and don't mind some adventures while living there.
