Bed was extremely uncomfortable, dirty Apartment, zero maintenance to AC filter and full kitchen was available without any cooking pots !!! Room smiled bad there was 10’s of cigarettes was in balcony floor and I have prove pictures

Good Apartment, good price. There was gym and swimming pool. I had a business trip and the most important for me is to live near airport. All was good, thank you.

Standard modern apartment with small bathroom and balcony (w/o seating arrangement). Spacious garaged parking with security entrance.

Difficulty with checking in as it requires to download some third party app, and requiring to receive an sms - might not be really suitable for international travelers. Although door entry via bluetooth was convenient. The apartment located by very busy highways/motorway, hard to sleep with open windows. The car is required as no restaurants around. The apartment was cleaned properly before our arrival. Dusted floors, and the shower was dirty as well. This is an apartment so you would expect to find basic necessities provided like washing up liquid, sponge and some towels to wipe the surface. No wine or beer openers neither. Small plates were only provided. No hand soap provided in the bathroom. There was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom.

Just avoid this residence! Once I return to the UK, I’ll take legal action against this scammer residence. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in Istanbul. Despite staying here every year, this time was exceptionally bad. They scammed me by giving me a filthy room with hair all over the floor and bathroom, a terrible smell, and white splatters on the sofa. The sink had hair and was not clean, and the shower box had strange, disgusting items on the floor. I asked them to clean the room, but they sent a lady with just water and no cleaning products, who pretended to clean but didn’t. When I asked to change the room, they showed me another option that was even worse—dirty and smelly! I requested a refund because I couldn’t stay there and I left without checking in, but they told me to go through booking.com. Despite admitting to me that the room was not suitable for living due to its lack of cleanliness, they refused my refund request once I left the residence and requested it through booking.com. This is very disappointing! I have attached images of the flat's condition after their so-called cleaning. This is unacceptable. I will consult with my lawyer in the UK to start legal action against these scammers.
