Very nice hotel and facilities and just a short walk from Kyoto station

The male receptionist, Andy, who speaks both Mandarin and English, was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location is excellent—about an 8-minute walk from Kyoto Station—and it was easy to roll our suitcases there. The room was clean, and the deep bathtub was perfect for soaking in after a long day of walking. The bed and linens were also very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Not to mention the breakfast spread, which was delicious and offered a great introduction to Kyoto's local specialties and signature dishes. It was a wonderful way to experience the local cuisine without leaving the hotel.

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption

Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, aber katastrophal organisiert. Lange Warteschlangen trotz vieler freier Tische. Kaffee, Joghurt, Obst, Brot gehen sehr oft aus und es dauert sehr lange bis es wieder aufgefüllt wird. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist schlecht ausgebildet und überfordert. Intetnetzugang muß extra bezahlt werden. Heutzutage unmöglich.

Location was great, room size was excellent and staff were really friendly.
