The male receptionist, Andy, who speaks both Mandarin and English, was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location is excellent—about an 8-minute walk from Kyoto Station—and it was easy to roll our suitcases there. The room was clean, and the deep bathtub was perfect for soaking in after a long day of walking. The bed and linens were also very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Not to mention the breakfast spread, which was delicious and offered a great introduction to Kyoto's local specialties and signature dishes.

Would be nice if hand soup is available in the toilet room.

Good location, clean and well maintained

The property needs to sort out its arrangements with booking.com. Booking.com gave me a price including all taxes. The property charged me higher. I felt I was misled by Booking.com.

駅から近くて良かった

個人的なことなので、ホテルに非はないが、ベッドが体に合っておらず、翌日から激しい腰痛になってしまった チェックインした時、説明がなく、エレベーターに部屋のカードキーをかざさないと上がらないことを知らず、手間取ってしまい、フロントまで戻ってきくことになった フロントの荷物置きが飲み物か何かで汚れていた 朝食ビッフェの席の一つがグラグラしていて、そこに座った客が途中で席を移っていた 馴染みの客のような人達とスタッフが話し込んでいる光景を何組か見かけた、それにより、朝食ビッフェの受付に人がおらず、少し困った　 支配人？のような女性が朝食ビッフェの時に、宿泊客に挨拶の声掛けをしていたが、声の掛け方が一方的なのと、わざとらしいのと、少し上からのような不自然な挨拶で(宿泊客は皆無視していたが)とてま不思議な光景に見えた、もう少し言い方を変えたほうがいいのでは？と思ってしまった
