Location

No hot water due to switched off hot water tank. The host was very rude, he was justifying to let us check in early with the hot water problem. Not happy at all. Asking for a full refund for the inconvenience.

Super accueil malgré une erreur de notre part sur le jour d'arrivée. L’hôte nous a trouvé très rapidement une solution. Nous étions dans l'appartement au RdC côté rue. Très vaste, propre, moderne, neuf et bien équipé ! Les clés sont remises en main propre avec rendez-vous par messagerie. Les jours suivants l'hôte répond très rapidement aux messages en cas de besoin. Je recommande fortement.

"Didn’t stay unsuitable for 80 year olds"

Property was very unsuitable and not as described.couldnt gain access for at least 1 hour.couldn’t get a reply from phone no.we were given.luckily our daughter was nearby to help us det relocated to a hotel.very very disappointed.
