Everything, the fridge is shared and the back up was only for lights and all the rooms had to charge in 1 socket

I liked the staff who received me. It was cold season, there were few blankets. I had to ask for more blankets because iam asthmatic. He brought me extra blanket. It is hard to shard one toilet and bathroom with all clients. I was disappointed with the exchange rate. It is exaggerated than the normal rate of the day. There should be someone sleeping at the place incase a client need urgent help.

Sharing toilets and bathroom and the exchange rate. Be in line with the rate of the day. The price that you advertise on Internet should be the price the customer finds.

Cost is advantageous.

The rooms were clean the staff was friendly...I have no complaints literally the best place I've been too so far.

Nothing really everything was on point

The people were lovely and did their best for us.

Where do we begin? The place was not at all as it was advertised. We stayed in the family room because it had a kitchen; and the rooms are advertised as all having coffee/tea making facilities. Our 'kitchen' had broken cupboards, no pots and pans, no stove, no fridge, there wasn't even an electric kettle available for us to use. The 'wall' between us and the barbers (?) nextdoor was an ill-fitting piece of plywood (so the size of our entry door was cut in half. There was mold in the bathroom, a smell of mold permeating the whole place, and a bare electrical wire in the bathroom. The 'shower' was just a shower head in-between the sink and toilet (no curtain) so we never really felt safe. There WAS a heater/ac in the bedroom as advertised, but no electricity running to it. In fact, there was only one spot by the front door where we could get electricity (which led us to hope that the wire in the bathroom was safe). I was very sick by the third day and wonder if it had to do with this room. We've stayed in hundreds of places, some better than others, but this is one of only two that we wouldn't stay at again.
