The staff were very polite and respectful

The kitchen was very unclean and only one sharing toilet fit the whole property

It was cheap...

...but you get what you pay for. We booked the family room with 2 big beds and private shower and bathroom. We did not get that. We got $20 off the price. But the room we had, had 2 small beds with only one pillow each and shared bathroom. We are a family of 4. Sleep was not comfortable at all. Above the door was a window, with the light of the hallway shining straight into our room and people turning it on (and not off) anytime of the night. Doors were very noisy and not very secure. There was not enough hot water for the number of guest. Wifi was not the best and not secured. Picture on booking.cim are from the common area, not what you get for yourself, so it is misleading. Not a pleasant stay.

Staff were okay

The place was too hot due to the energy shortage rooms being equipped with soap and no drinking water

The location was very good

It felt unsafe, the doors did not close well and I was stuck outside of the gate multiple times in the evening because the guards did not hear

Aircon is just for the show, no other ventilation option offered, not even fan, insects on the bed, soundproof? How can it be soundproof if windows are not even closing, requested several times for fan if not air conditioner. Plus no reply on platform. People drinking and cooking late night, shared spaces are not clean, owner is talking about the guests rudely to his staff, all photos are age old, one can not live non ventilated, mosquito rich room, bed with insects.

There is each and everything which is not to be liked by the guests. No good thing here

Location was good. Lots of noise all hours of the night. The bathroom was substandard, poor. No shower doors, and not clean. Only lights working, could not charge phone.

Beds- 1 sheet on the bed and 1 duvet. Lusaka is very humid and hot most of the year, with mosqitos, a second sheet is crucial. Electricity- you need to be able to charge your phone in your own room. Bathroom- the bathroom was not clean. No shower doors. Floor was wet from the previous user

No power backup , No even fan facility ,Rooms have some kind of smell which was unbearable.Low price but still its didnt worth of money.
