Central location. Clean.

No shelves in bathroom. Bad lighting. Outside lighting doesn’t come on until one is half way down the steep stairs. No coffee maker. No biscuits. No shop open nearby, so these things important.

Clean and comfortable, 5 minutes from Richmond

Smallest of minor gripes, the tv streaming constantly buffered, which was incredibly annoying!

Cosy and clean and helpful when i was struggling to get in, would recommend to my family and friends absolutely loved the stay. great food and things to do around also so was never bored 😊

the only thing i would say is the signal is weak but it is weak all over richmond so no fault of the buisness

Location ideal for work needs. Comfy bed and good shower Lack of eating facilities in village that night as pub wasn't serving food which was a shame as i had driven 3 hours to get there and didnt want to get in the car again. But Richmond does have good places to eat which is a short drive and was recommended by the owner.

A small desk instead of all the shelving units would have been better for me to do a little work from but appreciate that the majority of their guests would be tourists. Not ideal for people with mobility issues as a few stairs outside to get up to the room.

Lovely peaceful village close to Richmond. Lovely room with plenty of space.

I needed to work and WI-FI was patchy and no phone signal.
