The staff was good and friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child at RM123, which I do not consider cheap for the facilities provided. Upon arrival, I was given a room on the rooftop, something that was not mentioned during the booking process. The room had a strong unpleasant odour and was in poor condition. When I requested a room change, I was moved to a room in another building. Unfortunately, the replacement room was extremely small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was located outside the room, and although it had a shower, it was not convenient, especially since I was travelling with my young daughter. The room was so cramped that there was hardly any space to move around or place our belongings comfortably. In addition, if we needed drinking water or any assistance, we had to go all the way down to the ground floor. Overall, this was a very poor experience and did not match my expectations based on the price paid. I regret booking this hotel and would advise future guests not to rely solely on ratings when making a reservation.

I very like this hotel. Ez to go anywhere u want.

But the problem is. If u go with yr infant 0-3 y. U cant sleep on the weekend. Sampah masyarakat like mat rempit and mat kereta. They will rem rem like wanna race at traffic light near the hotel. 2-3am standard they will rem rem like ass

Have to go in through back lane

Value for the money and it was clean

The location was good but it was on back lane. The drains there were really stinky. At night the motorcylist were racing. Making Such loud noise till the wee hours.
